1. Payment Processing

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, our authorized payment processor.
• By providing your payment information, you authorize IPMH (Institute of Physical & Mental Health) clinic LLP and its payment processor(s) to charge the total amount for the selected services.
• Accepted payment methods include: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and any additional methods supported by Razorpay.
• Payment processing is governed by Razorpay’s own terms, policies, and security protocols.

2. Pricing and Taxes

• All prices displayed on our website are in INR (Indian Rupees) and may be either inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be shown at checkout.
• IPMH (Institute of Physical & Mental Health) clinic LLP reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.
• No price change will affect payments that have already been successfully completed and confirmed.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the Company’s Refund Policy.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• For cancellations, users must notify the Company at info@ipmhclinic.org or via phone within the required time frame before the transaction is processed.

4. Security

• IPMH (Institute of Physical & Mental Health) clinic LLP uses advanced security technologies, including SSL encryption, to safeguard your personal and payment information.
• While we strive for maximum security, no online transmission method is 100% secure.
• Payment data (like card numbers or CVV) is not stored by the Company.

5. Data Privacy

• Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By using the payment gateway, you consent to the use of your information for payment processing and service-related communication.
• IPMH (Institute of Physical & Mental Health) clinic LLP does not store any sensitive payment information on its servers.

6. Liability

• The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage caused due to:
  • Unauthorized access to your payment information
  • Technical issues, delays, or failures caused by third-party payment processors
• Liability may apply only in cases where negligence is directly attributable to the Company.

7. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes related to payments shall be resolved as per the Company’s dispute resolution process.
• In case of disputes involving the payment processor, the Company may assist as a mediator, but final decisions are governed by the payment processor’s policies.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Pune, Maharashtra (India).
• All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

9. Changes to Terms

IPMHclinic Private Limited may modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on the website and apply to future transactions.
